Planned Giving: Getting Everyone on Board (or at least not jumping ship)
Beyond dollars and cents in the door, or on the books, whether you have a successful planned giving program depends on the institution's credibility and reliability, as represented by its planned giving staff and the management of the gifts it stewards. The more you and your co-workers can do to earn this respect, the greater the likelihood that a planned giving program ultimately will yield cash to sustain the organization over the long term.
