Key Success Factors in Late Career: Passing the Torch
Description of Presentation 1
A successful gift planning program is a wonderful professional legacy for the people who build it, but too many programs falter or disappear entirely when key staff retire. As the workforce continues to age and the Great Wealth Transfer progresses, the predictable challenges of transition are even more pressing. In this session, we'll discuss strategies for evaluating a program's long-term viability and taking steps to support its longevity, including cultivating its future leaders. This session is presented as a partnership between the Leadership Institute and the Emerging Professionals Committee of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.
